When September comes to mind, most people think about the start of fall or football season, but did you know that September is also National Life Insurance Month? When I think of life insurance, I can’t help but recall events in my life, where I was truly worried about a loved one and also stressed over our plans for the future.
It is because of these events that I’ve recently done some recently on life insurance from Protective Life. They have an a great article about the importance of life insurance. I learned that 3 out of 10 American households do not have life insurance, putting their financial future at risk. It also posed some great questions: If something happened to you, could your family afford to pay household bills and existing debts? Could your spouse afford to retire in the future? Could your kids afford future education costs? The unexpected can happen at any time, and life insurance can really put your mind at ease, knowing that your loved ones are taken care of.

The fall season is almost upon us, but that doesn’t mean we have to let our summer health and fitness routines fall by the wayside. Didn’t have a summer health and fitness routine? Well, in that case, the fall season is a great time to start one!
My husband and I are both at a good weight and are in fairly good health. In my case, I’m in my early 30s (and holding). I’ve still got a lot of energy, and I’m fairly strong for my tiny size, if I do say so myself! But I’m the Skinny Minnie who wants to be Mighty Mouse! Haha! My husband and I are always working on DIY projects, and I hate it when we get to the parts where I can’t help!
As for my husband, he’s getting ready to turn the big 4-0. He was actually very sick a few months ago. And although, he’s mostly recovered, he lost a lot of his muscle strength, and he also struggles with neuropathy, which sometimes keeps him down. He’s always been an active person, and he loves working and fixing things, so I definitely want him to get back in shape, so he can do activities he loves!
Regardless of your age, size, fitness level, and situation, I believe the right supplements and fitness products are a MUST if you really want to get serious about your health and/or fitness levels! With 42 grams of protein and 24 vitamins and minerals, EAS Myoplex Ready to Drink Shakes are a great choice to help you build muscle and strength. [Read more…]
Reach Complete Care
I participated in this sponsored campaign on behalf of REACH® and One2One Network. All opinions stated are my own.
In the past I’ve mentioned how important oral care is to me. In the past I’ve had a lot of fillings and other work done, and I want to nip future cavities in the bud! It turns out, I’m not the only one putting a priority on oral hygiene. A new survey by Kelton Global states millions of American moms prioritize oral hygiene over washing their face, or removing their makeup before bed, and 82% of the nation’s moms never skip brushing their teeth every night. When oral hygiene is this important to you, it’s important to have a great products like Reach Complete Care. [Read more…]

So often on this blog, I share recipes I’ve made for my family, and if you stick around here long enough, you’ll find that we are no stranger to hot and spicy foods. We love hot wings and Mexican food; sometimes we even try Asian cooking! It’s all very delicious, but as you can imagine, it often means a little digestive comfort, and for that reason we go to the Purple Pill for Nexium Level Protection!
Other members of my family took Nexium for years, and like a lot of people, our whole family was happy when we learned we’d finally be able to pick up this medicine over the counter! [Read more…]
