Peanut Butter Bon Bons

Peanut Butter Bon Bons

This no-bake recipe uses easy-to-find ingredients and makes a huge batch, making it perfect for feeding a crowd. Best of all, if you have to cater to a large group with a variety of food restrictions, it’s easy to make this recipe gluten free and dairy free – but nobody will be able to tell the difference as they come back for second and third helpings. All you need is a plastic bag, a few bowls, a freezer or fridge-freezer and voila! Be careful though, or more peanut butter bon bons will end up in your stomach than on the serving platter – the completely addictive flavour, satisfying texture and small serving size is a dangerous combination.

Green Giant Veggie Chips

I’m a big of Green Giant and their products, and I was really excited to try these new chips!  I received samples of both flavors, and I instantly fell in love!  I’ve actually never eaten sweet potatoes, let alone Sweet Potato Chips, but I instantly became a fan of the the Multigrain Sweet Potato Chips.

And then I especially love the Roasted Veggie Tortilla Chips.  I love cheese flavored snacks any way, and these Zesty Cheddar Flavored chips are so delicious!

The chips also have a great crunch and consistency.  I loved them so much, I could hardly put down the bag!  They are perfect for snacking at home or in the office, and they’d also be perfect for parties and showers.  And I think everyone in the family from young to old will love them!

Greenie Tots Review

Greenie Tots

It’s difficult to find meals that are fast, convenient, delicious, and healthy, especially when you are trying to feed kids. Greenie Tots is a line of microwaveable meals that satisfies all these requirements.  Their meals can be prepared in 5 minutes are less.  Each is 100% meatless and contains no artificial colors or flavors and no high fructose corn syrup.

There are 5 varieties available.  They include:

  • Cauliflower Rice with Chik’n
  • Pasta & Spinach Marinara with Meat-Style Grounds
  • Mac and Cheese with Peas
  • Chik’n, Cheese & Spinach Quesadillas with Mixed Vegetables
  • Cheeseburger Quesadillas with Sweet Potato Fries

I got two try a couple of Greenie Tots entrees.  I selected Cauliflower Rice with Chik’n and the Mac and Cheese with Peas. Both were delicious!

Greenie Tots Cauliflower Rice with Chikn

The  Cauliflower Rice with Chik’n.  It contains a soy-free meatless chick’n that, in my opinion, tasted just as good as the real thing.  And it had a great mixture of long grain white rice and vegetables.  If you are a fan of stir-fry, I think you would love love this.  I didn’t even season mine, because the flavor was so good I didn’t see a need.  And it was also a good portion size for me.

Mac and Cheese with Peas

As for the Mac and Cheese with Peas, I liked it as well.  The Mac and Cheese was especially good! It is made with a blend of five organic cheeses and milk, and it tasted just as good as other mac & cheese products I’ve bought in the past.  As for the peas, I did season those a bit, to give them a little bit of flavor, I thought they were a great compliment to the Mac & Cheese, and I think kids will love this meal.

I think the other selections looks great as well. For instance, I’d love to try the quesadillas!

Which meal would you like to try?

And what’s most important to you when you’re shopping for frozen entree?  Flavor? Healthy? Kid friendly? Price? Something else?

B·liv by Cellnique Skincare Review

B·liv by Cellnique

As you know, I love beauty and skincare!  I recently had the chance to try some of the latest luxury skin care products from b·liv by Cellnique.

glow-and-shine

I received the Glow and Shine skin smoothening mask. This is a really great product. It cleanses, polishes and moisturizes your skin, and it also exfoliates, unclogs poors, and reduces shine and scars.  It has a smooth, creamy texture and a very natural and pleasant smell.

I also love it because you can apply and immediately rinse if you’re in a hurry, or you can apply it as a mask and leave on for five to minutes minutes.  And after you scrub and rinse, your skin is left feeling smooth and refreshed.

off-with-those-heads

I also got to try their Off With Those Heads Blackhead Serum.  This gel helps to unclog pores, remove oil, and get rid of blackheads and white heads.  And it leaves your skin with a clean, cooling sensation.

I really like this product. It only takes a small tab on your forehead and other areas that are prone to get blackheads. When you first start using the product, you may see more oil secretion than normal, but this should just tell you that it’s working.

quench-me

They also offer a moisturizing gel called Quench Me.   This is a great product to use after exfoliating or on top of the spot treatment to keep your skin from over drying.  It also has antioxidants and anti-aging properties and helps to retain and replenish moisture.

As someone with combination skin, I really like this product.  My skin sometimes dries and flakes when I treat it, and this is a great product to prevent that, while still being able to treat acne and oily skin.

b-liv spots got shot

And last but not least, I received their Spots Got Shot blemish serum treatment.  It helps to clear up pimples, reduce oil, and unclog pores. It also has antioxidant and antibacterial properties.  This is a really great product. I’ve used it to treat a few acne spots, and it’s cleared them up faster and more effectively than other products I’ve tried.

Overall I was pleased with all the products.  They were very effective at treating my skin.
