Did you make any fitness or weight loss goals for this year? I’ve always been a thin person, but I don’t always keep healthy habits, so I’m trying to make improvements in my overall diet, health, and fitness this year. For me, exercising is the most challenging. I have to stick with activities that aren’t too time consuming, are fairly easy, and are actually fun. Some activities I’ve enjoyed for exercise include aerobics/dance, disc golf, and walking/jogging.
