How To Make Your Bedroom As Dark As Possible

Having a dark bedroom is important if you want to sleep as well as possible, but it’s not always easy to make your bedroom as dark as it needs to be. Have Dark-Coloured Bedding 

Although light-coloured bedding might look lovely, the lighter colours can reflect the light and actually make the room much lighter, even at night. If you look carefully, you might be able to see a faint glow from the bedding, meaning your room is definitely not as dark as it could or should be. 

 

The answer to this issue is a simple one; use dark-coloured bedding. This will absorb the light rather than reflect it, and help to keep the room much darker as a result.
