One small appliance I’d definitely put on my top 5 must-have list is the airfryer.  We got our first airfryer several years ago and were very impressed by how it cooked.  Recently we upgraded our airfryer to the PowerXL Air Fryer Pro, and we love it!

Unlike our first airfryer, this one is push button with a digital screen.  It also comes with a number of accessories (way more than your basic fry basket).  And best of all, it is a 7 in 1 MULTI-COOKER: Super-heated turbo cyclonic air surrounds your food with crisp 360° air circulation to replace deep fryers, rotisserie, dehydrators, convection oven, oven toasters, and pizza grills.

Above is a picture of the touchscreen all lit up, which shows you all the different functions.  It allows you to easily select your cooking mode, and then the arrow keys allow you to adjust your temperature and cook times.  This makes for very VERY EASY operation!

We also love the extra accessories included.  It has everything you need to cook a rotisserie chicken. (And the 6 quart version is big enough to hold a 4lb one).  It also has kabob rods and a large round basket for fries.

The racks allow us to cook multiple things at once, and it allows us to cook a LOT of food at one time.  (So much more than than our old fryer.)

One thing we’ve cooked on the PowerXL Air Fryer Pro that we never tried on our old one is pizza.  It is big enough to cook a small / individual sized pizza.  AND it’s also great for heating up leftover pizza.  (I, for one, am not usually big on leftover pizza, but the PowerXL cooks it very well.)

It is also great for other leftovers, including french fries, burgers, and all kinds of chicken.

And speaking of chicken,  the PowerXL Air Fryer Pro also allows you to cook a rotisserie chicken.  We cook whole chickens all the time in our oven and smoker, and we sometimes buy them already cooked at our grocery store, so we were really excited about this feature.  In fact, this is one of the first things we did with the airfryer.

The chicken comes out juicy and delicious, and best of all you don’t have to heat up your house to cook dinner!

We love the PowerXL Air Fryer Pro, and I definitely recommend it to anyone who is considering an airfryer for themselves or for a gift!
