The holiday season is almost here! (Or is it here already?)  And with that, comes holiday baking and snacking!  When you’re an on-the-go mom, you don’t always have time to spend a whole day in the kitchen baking up something for the family Thanksgiving or the church potluck.  Luckily NESTLÉ® is here to save a day with whole host of baking staples and creative products that make holiday baking easy and fun!  Today’s featured recipe is actually two recipes in one.  I’ll be sharing a recipe for Pumpkin Muffins, and then I’ll show you how can transform those muffins in to Tres Leches Cupcakes.

With Thanksgiving just around the corner, I’ve been making plans for what I’ll be cooking, and I’ve already started stocking up on key ingredients.  NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels, NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk, Libby’s®, and Libby’s® Pure Pumpkin are three staples I always like to have in my pantry for a little made-from-scratch baking.

And for quick and convenient, yet delicious baking, I like NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Pumpkin Spice Refrigerated Cookie Dough and Libby’s® Pumpkin Bread Kit.

Walmart is THE place to get everything you need for holiday baking.  Right now they have a center aisle display featuring an array of NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Morsels, NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk, Libby’s® Pumpkin Bread Kit,  Libby’s® Pure Pumpkin.

You can also stop by the cookie dough freezer to pick up the NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Pumpkin Spice Refrigerated Cookie Dough and other NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® holiday varieties.

Are you too busy to shop?  Then you should find out if your local Walmart has order pickup.  At select Walmart locations, you can order your groceries online; then the store puts the order together for you.  All you have to do is pick it up!  And you’ll even get $10 when you refer-a-friend, and they place their first order.

Pumpkin Muffins are a great treat for fall and the holiday season.  For an on-the-go mom, this recipe is great, because you can make a batch and have them for an entire week of breakfasts and snacking.  And they are also great to take along for holiday brunches.

These muffins are also great to put up for later.  Just place them in the freezer, inside a freezer bag.  Then whenever you want muffins for breakfast, just take out as many muffins as you need, and reheat them in the oven for a few minutes.  They will come out piping hot and fresh!

.The muffins are also made with Libby’s® Pure Pumpkin, a wholesome ingredient that’s rich in anti-oxidants.

These muffins are already delicious all by themselves, but through a simple process shown in the photo above,  you can transform them into something even more extradordinary: Tres Leches Pumpkin Cupcakes!

These cupcakes are amazing!  The moist sponge-like muffins are filled with an ooey-gooey 3-milk filling,  Then they are covered in a whipped cream topping, which adds a light sweetness to the boldly flavored pumpkin spice cake.

Quick Tip: Are you a busy mom with no time to do “made from scratch” muffins?  Then pick up a Libby’s® Pumpkin Bread Kit, and follow the package instructions to make muffins.  Serve as directed, or continue following my instructions to transform the muffins in to Tres Leches Pumpkin Cupcakes!
