I used to underrate kitchen organisation like this but I bought a spice rack recently (lazy suzy style as you can put containers of all shapes and sizes on there!) and it's amazing how much more it's made me *want* to be in the kitchen and cook, because I know the experience won't be a hectic rush to find ingredients.
