Cheesy Potato Crisps

cheese potato crisps
For New Year’s Eve, I always love to serve appetizers.  I think of this recipe for Cheesy Potato Crisps as a meatless alternative to sausage balls.  They taste very similar to sausage balls and are a great appetizer for all ages. And they’re very easy on the wallet too!  Serve these alone or alongside your favorite dips like ranch and honey mustard.

Stopping by from the Tasty Tuesday party…

I'm pinning these too! We always have tons of potatoes because I buy them at Costco. I've also been dabbling with making more freezer meals, and I wonder if this would work great because potatoes tend to dry out after they have been in the freezer… which would make these even crispier! I'll let you know if I try it.
