The fact is, your body does a lot of repair work while you’re sleeping, so cutting corners here tends to catch up with you.
Creating a calming bedtime routine because that’s going to help massively – it could be a case of dimming the lights, putting your phone away a bit earlier, and wearing something comfortable like night gowns, for example, and that routine might make it easier to settle down and get to sleep.
Eat Regularly And Keep It Balanced
You don’t need a perfect diet to support your immune system, but regular meals and some balance help to stop your energy dropping. Skipping meals or relying too much on processed food can leave you feeling pretty flat and, crucially, more vulnerable to getting run down.

It sounds very basic, but the fact is that drinking enough water protects almost every system in your body, including the immune system. And dehydration can leave you feeling tired and sluggish, which makes it harder for your body to work at its best.
Keeping a bottle nearby or always having drinking water with your meals can make staying hydrated a lot easier, and eventually it’ll just become automatic.
