The great thing about it being just the two of us, is that I can cook soups & certain casseroles, and they’ll be enough for 2 or 3 meals–sometimes 4. This week I’m doing 2 big things, and one night we’re going out to eat too, so that means I really only have to cook 3 nights (other than reheating). Yay!
Breakfasts: Bacon & egg sandwiches, pancakes, cereal, Carnation Instant Breakfast
Lunches: leftovers from dinner, canned soups, hot ham & cheese sandwiches
Dinners:
Monday – Going out for our Wedding Anniversary
Tuesday – Sloppy Joes & french fries
Wednesday – Chicken Poulet w/ green beans & cream corn
Thursday – Leftover poulet
Friday – Potato Soup
Saturday – Leftover Poulet w/ black beans & another vegetable or rice
Sunday – leftover soup
