Friday Favorites – Linky Party – Week 334

Greetings everyone! Welcome to this week’s linky party!  I hope you’re all loving the new format as much as I am.  I just love seeing all the other hostess’s picks.  How about you?

This week for my own feature pick, I’ve chosen a post on 29 Oatmeal Add-ins from The Gracious Wife.  I always love to share breakfast ideas during this time of year.  With the back to school season, I’m sure everyone can use the extra inspiration!  I chose to feature the oatmeal post, because I think oatmeal has always been given a bad wrap.  A lot of people think of it as a boring and bland food for old people or babies, but in fact, there is so much you can do with it!  When I was a kid, I always ate it with butter and sugar.  It was all I’d ever known!  And now it’s so great to see what other people eat in their oatmeal.

The Gracious Wife suggests a variety of fruits, nuts, spices, and even vegetables that you can put in your oatmeal.  I hope you’ll go over and check out her ideas and check out all of our other featured posts!
