Ingredients
3 cups Flour
3 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
2/3 & 1/2 cup Butter, soft but not melted
2 cups Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tbsp. Orange Zest
1 cup Milk
2 tsp. Cinnamon
Cinnamon & Sugar for sprinkling
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 Degrees. Spray two 12-cup muffin tins, or line with baking cups.
Combine the Flour, Baking Powder, Salt and Nutmeg in a bowl.
In a different bowl, mix 2/3 cup Butter, 1 cup Sugar, Eggs, Vanilla and Orange Zest.
Add the flour mixture to the sugar mixture, stir in the milk, then pour into the muffin tins JUST FILLING A TINY BIT. Sprinkle a tiny bit of cinnamon-sugar into the cups, then continue filling the cups until 2/3 the way full.
In a small bowl, mix the remaining Butter, Sugar and Cinnamon until crumbly. Sprinkle over the muffins.
Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool and enjoy!
