Today I’m really excited to share a new cookbook with you! I’m sure you have heard of Copykat.com, a site famous for it’s copy cat recipes of some of your favorite restaurants and brands! You probably also know there is a cookbook out: CopyKat.com’s Dining Out at Home Cookbook by Stephanie Manley
Well, today I have the pleasure of introducing you to their second cookbook: Copykat.com’s Dining Out At Home Cookbook 2! Yay!
The book includes copykat recipes from favorite restaurants such as Olive Garden, Outback Steakhouse, Crocker Barrel, Denny’s, IHOP, and more! I was so happy to receive this book, and I can’t wait to try the recipes inside!
Here are just a few things I found, which I love to eat: Sunday Chicken and Hashbrown Casserole from Cracker Barrel, Fried Fish from Captain D’s, Triple Chocolate Meltdown from Applebee’s, and Cheddar Bay Biscuits from Red Lobster.
There’s also some great selections that I’ve never had before the restaurants but would love to try, particularly some of the breakfast recipes from Denny’s and the Oreo Cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory.
I’ve also been looking for a good Pecan Pie Recipe, and there just so happens to be one from Luby’s!
All in all, this is a great cookbook. You’ll find great selections for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And you’ll everything from soups, salads, and sandwiches, to main dishes, sides, and dessert!
