Today I’m really excited to present this recipe featuring one of my favorite cookies: Oreos.  I got the idea for this Oreo Icebox Cake from this recipe for Chips Ahoy Icebox Cake by Spend with Pennies.  I made a few tweaks, including the use of pudding, and all in all, it made a pretty tasty (and super easy!) dessert.  Hope you like it!
